Account identities and submission email addresses are recorded accurately; account permissions are granted through the platform’s official controls.
Evidence and filing
We prepare good-faith reports using available platform processes and retain appropriate case records.
Updates and withdrawal
Clients can request a status update or revoke authorization in writing. Platform decisions remain independent.
